Stained Glass for Beginners

A schedule of stained glass courses are being held at Swansea Community Workshops.

During the workshops you can expect to:

Learn to cut clear and coloured glass, learn the tiffany method of stained glass assembly and learn to use grinders and soldering irons, all with due attention to health & safety.

Initially. you will have the chance to make and take home a light catcher in colours of your choice. The materials for the light catcher are included in the price but students will pay for materials in subsequent projects as they use them. Students will also need to wear old clothes and covered shoes such as boots or trainers – no sandals or peep toe shoes.
